Genesolv® S Series
	Honeywell Genesolv® SF, Genesolv® S-TZ & Genesolv® S-T The newest in our line of Genesolv Products, the S Series Solvents are based on the new, environmentally friendlier HFC-245fa. These new products have been developed as selective replacements for CFC-113 and HCFC-141b based solvents in A/C Flushing, industrial aerosols, specialty cleaning and some deposition applications.
Genesolv® S is currently available in three grades: Genesolv® SF (standard grade), Genesolv® S-TZ (enhanced solvency - azeotropic blend) and Genesolv® S-T (maximum solvency power). Genesolv SF is a mild, nonflammable solvent with excellent plastics compatibility, a low order of toxicity and good environmental properties. It has no ozone depletion potential, a low GWP and has been designated as a non-VOC by the U.S. EPA. Where greater solvency and cleaning ability are required the S-TZ and S-T blends which contain HFC-245fa and trans 1,2-dichloroethylene are recommended. In addition to the performance benefits, the Genesolv S products are more cost-effective than other nonflammable 141b replacements. For a perfect blend of effectiveness, environmental care and economy the Genesolv S fluorocarbon based solvents are your products of choice. The use of these solvents may be regulated or restricted in some areas. Check with the appropriate regulatory authority to determine if any regulations apply.
